JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Funnel Growth Execution
Support the execution of marketing initiatives across the player journey: awareness, acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
Implement and optimize organic growth strategies such as referral programs, community activations, viral loops, and content-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to deliver compelling, value-driven content that drives traffic and player engagement.
Content & Channel Optimization
Assist in managing content for app stores, websites, landing pages, blog articles, and in-game news feeds, ensuring ASO and SEO best practices are applied.
Coordinate email/messaging marketing flows and assist with segmentation and performance analysis.
Help improve app store visibility through ongoing ASO (App Store Optimization) efforts and updates.
Event & On-Ground Activation
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground activations, including roadshows, gaming events, campus tours, pop-up booths, and launch parties.
Work with event vendors, internal teams, and brand partners to ensure smooth execution and engaging player experiences.
Collect insights and feedback from physical events to improve community engagement and player satisfaction.
Data-Driven Optimization
Monitor and analyze player behavior data to understand drop-off points and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Track key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, and conversion funnels.
Run A/B tests and iterate strategies based on insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lifetime user value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, game design, and community teams to ensure growth initiatives align with in-game features and events.
Assist in creating cross-channel strategies that support feature releases, seasonal campaigns, or content drops.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new growth experiments and share learnings with the broader team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or event marketing -- preferably in gaming or tech.
Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and community-building tactics.
Hands-on experience supporting or managing on-ground events, activations, or experiential campaigns is a major plus.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mailchimp, and/or other lifecycle platforms.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and act on them.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Passionate about gaming and player communities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
