At Serigama, we harness the traditional healing power of gamat (sea cucumber) to create wellness products that Malaysian families have trusted for decades. We have been a market leader and the premiere brand in this industry for over 20 years.

While we continue to lead in our offline channels, we are now focussed on accelerating growth in our online sales and marketing channels.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial growth leader to pioneer and scale this digital expansion. Your mission is to take a brand that millions already know and trust, and build a best-in-class online sales and marketing machine. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage two decades of brand equity while building our

online growth playbook

from the ground up.

Your Key Missions:

Drive Exponential Growth:

Develop and execute the strategy to significantly scale our online revenue over the next 12 months, with an unwavering focus on

contribution margin

.

Own the Performance Channels:

Mastermind and manage our entire paid media ecosystem across Meta, TikTok, and key marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).

?

Build the Creative Flywheel:

Create and manage a system for sourcing, testing, and scaling high-performing creative that channels our brand's authority into high-performing campaigns.

?

Optimize All Online Funnels:

Enhance our presence and conversion rates on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and our own Shopify store through strategic campaigns and CRO.

?

Be the Voice of Data:

Own our marketing analytics, translating performance data (ROAS, CPA, AOV) into actionable insights that compounds growth.

Create Our Growth Playbook:

Build the SOPs, campaign calendars, and launch cadences that will form the foundation of our growth function.

?

Experiment Relentlessly:

Double down on what works (whether ads, Lives, affiliates, influencers, etc.), and cut what doesn't, fast.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

? Has a

demonstrable track record of scaling an e-commerce brand

through its growth phase while maintaining efficiency.

? Wants to

own the Growth function

and is excited by the challenge of building systems from the ground up.

? Has a

bias for action:

you are a doer who can both strategize and execute with speed and precision. This is not a "sit back and manage" role.

? Has an

analytical mind

that makes sense of complex data and translates it into a clear action plan.

? Has genuine curiosity and a growth mindset, constantly testing new ideas and adapting to winning tactics.

? Has a deep understanding of the

Malay market

, with bonus points for experience in the health/supplements category.

What We Offer:

RM5,000 - RM 8,000/month, commensurate with your experience and track record.
