Job Description


  • Providing exceptional customer service experiences (VIPs and overall guests)
  • Comply with all standards and operating procedures
  • Interacting and meeting new customers/clients upon arrival/departure
  • Handling 7 Rooms - checking on customer\'s reservations, reviews and stay updated with latest promotions in outlets
  • Handling customer\'s complaints and issues and negotiate with them effectively
  • Ensuring successful execution of a purposeful driven service culture
  • Database collections
