We're looking for a Guest Service Agent (Korean Speaking - F&B) required for our Food & Beverage Division.

Job summary

The Guest Service Agent (Korean Speaking), under the guidance and supervision of the Outlet Manager is responsible to welcome and seat guests, taking guests' order, communicating them effectively to the kitchen, delivering orders to table and taking care of assigned tables throughout service time.

Requirement

• Presentable and pleasant appearance.
• Fluent in spoken and written Korean, English and Malay; additional language is a definite advantage.
• Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year
• Ability to interact engagingly and effectively
• Resourceful and a self-starter
• Hospitality industry experience a plus.
