Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

As Guest Service Agent we rely on you:

• Perform check-in and check-out efficiently and ensure guests\' satisfaction.
• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices.
• Ensures that \xe2\x80\x9cshift reports\xe2\x80\x9d are printed and \xe2\x80\x9cTraces\xe2\x80\x9d are followed up accordingly.
• Ensures that \xe2\x80\x9cInterface Lost Postings\xe2\x80\x9d are regularly checked.
• Double checks guest folios for completeness and accuracy.
• Confirms the number of "due-out" guests and scheduled late departures.

• Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
• Familiarity with using hotel property Management Systems (PMS) OPERA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
• Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
