You will be responsible for handling reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service. In line with Sofitel's standards of French elegance and heartfelt hospitality, the Guest Service Agent is expected to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations.
