Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
Answer incoming phone calls primarily from external callers in a timely and professional manner that reflects highly on the hotel and brand.
Requirements:
Must be able to understand and speak English well
Pleasant personality and well-groomed
Can interact and communicate well with others
Able to work on shifts, during week-ends and on Public Holidays
Must be Malaysian
Must submit resume with recent passport sized photo
