To provide courteous and effective service and if possible to comply with each and every guest request. 10. Post all charges without delay and update folios. 11. To ensure that reservation for arriving guest or group special request is met. 12. To ensure that vouchers are issued to reservation made. 13. To ensure that working area is kept clean at all times. 14. To ensure that all guest information, travel agent\xe2\x80\x99s rate and corporate rates are to be treated as confidential. 15. To perform other task as directed from time to time. 16. To take notice of guest payment instructions to ensure follow up is done; i.e. deposits are collected for any cash payment or an imprint of credit card. 17. To be alert of suspicious characters going up to guest rooms or loitering at the lobby. 18. To take down messages for guest and ensure that it\xe2\x80\x99s sent up to room promptly. 19.
