The Opportunity :



We're looking for a

proactive and hands-on Team Leader

to oversee our guest experience operations.

As part of our growing team, you will lead a group of guest service executives who manage daily check-in and out, guest communications, deposit processing and daily operational tasks related to short-stay rentals and hospitality.

You will:

Lead, supervise, and guide the Guest Service team to ensure timely responses and consistently excellent guest experience. Handle escalated guest issues, complaints, and damage control, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Monitor daily checklist completion to maintain operational readiness and service quality. Ensure accuracy of room rates, listings, and internal system information, keeping all platforms updated. Prepare weekly staff rosters and ensure sufficient manpower coverage at all times. Support the team in coordinating check-ins, deposit claims, and guest communication for smooth operations. Develop and implement new systems and workflows to improve efficiency and conduct regular quality checks. Mentor and train team members to uphold and continuously improve guest experience standards. Handle ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with Management on process optimisation and service enhancements.

The Perfect Fit :



Experienced in hotel or Airbnb with minimum 200 rooms Experienced in leading a team of minimum 5 members Strong proficiency in OTA, channel manager, Google sheet, Whatsapp Automation tools Comfortable with strict deadlines for daily checklists Fast learner and strong self learning skills

WORKPLACE:


- Hybrid model (1- 2 days in office)
- Office at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
- 6 working days
