The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure. This role includes handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner. The Guest Services Agent acts as the hotel's ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle check-in and check-out efficiently in accordance with hotel standards.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Manage room assignments, key control, and guest accounts accurately.
Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Follow all safety, security, and company procedures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in front office or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a strong sense of customer service.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
