JOB REQUIREMENT: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Certificate in Hotel Tourism or Food and Beverage studies /Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English \xc2\xb7 At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Required Skill(s): Proven success in a similar role and environment, pride and attention to detail, polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality. JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages the guest experience by ensuring the followings are provided: \xc2\xb7 To greet and handle all guest questions and needs \xc2\xb7 To walkthroughs of facilities for hotel tour before guest check in \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a welcoming and professional attitude at all times and provide excellent customer service \xc2\xb7 Update Registration Card for incoming Guest check in \xc2\xb7 Leads public tours, FIT guest and gets a comments during their stay \xc2\xb7 Highly develop communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to memorize hotel information to improvise in multiple scenarios \xc2\xb7 Maintaining communication logbook \xc2\xb7 Daily briefing for the guest comments presented to HOD for necessary action \xc2\xb7 To ensure guest satisfaction during their stay \xc2\xb7 Adhere to hotel policies at all times \xc2\xb7 Assisting in handling guest complaints, inquires, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow up \xc2\xb7 To perform any other duties assigned by superior.
