• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent in relevant fields. Bonus for candidates proficient and fluent in Arabic language. For Candidate with syahadah Al Quran or has memorize the Quran, extra allowances will be consider.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team.
• Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
• Able to adapt to changes, pivot, and seek alternative solutions, demonstrating the ability to face new challenges.
• Capable of finding solutions, able to navigate unexpected situations or circumstances.
• Critical thinking, bringing new perspectives and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrating leadership skills in fostering teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Tasks include - preparing daily and yearly lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines;
• Teaching children individually and in groups, using various methods and teaching materials (e.g., computers, books, games), adapting to the different needs of children;
• Maintaining discipline and good work habits in the classroom;
• Planning and conducting activities with children such as sports activities, concerts, and field trips;
• Assigning and assessing classwork and homework;
• Preparation, administration, and assessment of tests and assignments to assess children's progress;
• Observing and evaluating children's performance and behavior;
• Supervising children during classes and at other times during the school day, including playground areas during breaks;
• Participating in staff meetings and other meetings, and consulting with other teachers on educational issues.
