SPM with 1 year experience working with young children, either professionally or in volunteer settings, is highly desirable.
Training or experience in handling special needs children (if applicable).

Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards for childcare environments Compassionate, caring, and nurturing disposition.
Physical stamina, as the role often involves lifting, playing, and active engagement with children.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
