Being a gym Instructor would mean you\xe2\x80\x99re the custodian of the Allstar (AirAsia employees) persona and internal branding. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be helping others achieve their health goals by implementing fitness programs, conducting health assessments, and offering motivation and support to our employees on their fitness journeys. Think of it this way, if there\xe2\x80\x99s a House of Allstars, you\xe2\x80\x99re the assistant Mother. Creating fun is your job, and your job will definitely be fun.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CHAMPION:Provide fitness training according to the level of fitness, goals, and abilitiesTrack and monitor the physical progress and fitness levelLead one-on-one and small-group fitness sessionsExperience creating a program for the members such as boot camp, personal training, group trainingDemonstrate fitness techniques and train the members to use gym equipment properlyAdvise the members on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as neededGives fitness talk and newsletter page updateWHO YOU ARE:Degree in Sports Science or a Certified Personal Trainer qualification5 years experience as Fitness Trainer or similar rolePersonal trainer with rehabilitation training possessAble to travel and can do house-visitExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to instruct and motivate peopleIn-depth knowledge of gym equipment, machines, and fitness techniques
