Requirements

• Possess minimum SPM with experience related
• Familiar with beauty salon operations
• Good communication skill
• Highly independent
• Work passionately in customer service
• Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Minimum with Diploma in any field or equivalent with 1 year of relevant working experience without experiences are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Main Duties:
• Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic
• Provide accurate scalp analysis and treatment for customers (Hands On)
• Educate and promote hair treatment and information to customers
• Maintain and build good customer relationships
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
