Job Description

Halal compliance

Manage the entire halal certification process, including applications, renewals, and product registrations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, such as JAKIM, GMP, and HACCP.

Liaise with halal certification bodies and authorities.

Quality and safety

Conduct internal and external audits and inspections to ensure halal compliance and food safety.

Verify the halal status of raw materials and suppliers.

Implement and monitor halal management system procedures.

Collaborate with R&D and production to ensure new products meet halal requirements.

Investigate and address quality issues with corrective actions.

Documentation and reporting

Maintain accurate records of all halal activities and compliance.

Prepare documentation and reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Training and support

Provide training to staff on halal practices, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, R&D, procurement) on quality-related matters.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,359.73 per month
