QA CUM HALAL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular food safety and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and WONDERFUL's brand guidelines.

Collaborate with managers and staff to provide guidance on food safety practices and quality control procedures

Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance policies and standards, continually reviewing and improving them to align with industry regulations.

Lead investigations into food safety and quality-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and evaluate food product quality, food handling practices, and cleanliness at various locations.

Promote a culture of food safety, quality, and continuous improvement among team members.

Maintain accurate records and reports of food safety and quality assessments.

To implement and maintain quality and document control systems

To carry out internal quality audits following internal quality standards and policy

To follow up on the audit findings and train the employees on quality standards and policy

To test and develop SOP on new product build

To monitor and ensure product specification to meet the quality standard

To liaise with HR for other related training - Food Handling & Typhoid injection

Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant work experience in quality control and quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry best practices.

- Familiarity with microbiological and chemical analysis techniques.

- Experience in developing new food products and formulations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Candidate must possess certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO, HALAL etc.) is preferred.

- Fluency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
