Job Opening: Hardware & Validation Engineer (System-Level Hardware Design & Validation)

Location: Malaysia

We are hiring a highly skilled Hardware & Validation Engineer to lead system-level hardware design, development, and validation for advanced technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in creating, reading, and interpreting engineering methodologies.

Design & develop innovative hardware products as per technical specifications.

Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle for complex server systems.

Collaborate with PCB layout, mechanical, SI/PI, firmware & manufacturing teams.

Conduct design reviews to ensure system-level specification alignment.

Create & execute detailed system-level hardware validation test plans.

Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues & perform RCA closure.

Ensure performance, reliability & regulatory compliance (EMI/EMC, safety).

Document designs, validation reports & maintain revision control.

Support VRB, PRB, EVT, DVT & PVT engineering phases.

Continuously improve design quality & validation robustness.
