Job Description


Job Purpose Responsible to drive and cultivate Account Receivable (AR) dispute resolution across all EDOTCO entities in Malaysia. This role plays a critical role in developing and executing strategies to minimize AR disputes, increase efficiency of AR resolution, and our position as a leader in the industry. Key Accountabilities Lead, resolve and manage Account Receivable (AR) resolution and ageing (more than 90 days) with customers and internal stakeholder. This including resolve AR settlement, reporting, data analysis, & prevention and business process changes/updates. Direct & achieve collection measurements and AR resolution negotiation with customer. Custodian of AR Resolution Management process Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, work with cross functions team (internal and external stakeholders) to identify gaps in AR settlement and collections management, and to implement best practices/ corrective action plan to close the gaps and efficiency. Establish & forecast expected cash collection. Identify and initiate refund, write-off and credit write up per process. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of AR Resolution Management team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth. Qualifications, Skills & Experience A recognizedBachelor\'s Degree, preferably Business Administration or Finance At least 12 years relevant experience AR resolution management process or related roles within the telecommunications or Towerco industry Strong verbal and written communication skills while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional project management skill to ensure timelines and quality management. Proven track record of driving AR dispute resolution through strategic resolution Excellent negotiation and resolution skill, with the ability to structure and execute complex business agreements and resolution. Analytical mindset and proficiency in problem-solving skills to identify opportunities to develop and implement new strategies for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in Microsoft Office applications and a high degree of efficiency in Excel
