At least a minimum of 2 years experience in this field/position.
To ensure that the Kitchen is managed efficiently.
To assist the Chef on duty with food pick-up, delivery and storage.
Performs basic food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by the Chef accordingly to the outlet\'s food preparation standard and procedures.
Always learn and strive to improve on the menu knowledge, food preparation, cooking method, presentations and maintain consistency at work.
To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement.
To ensure stock is controlled, dated and rotated to minimize kitchen wastage/spoilage
Salary Range: RM 4000 to RM 5000 per month
