Work closely with Business Units and Support Function Groups to ensure timely development or enhancement of policies, operational manuals, approving authority matrix.
Develop overall strategy and plan for performance improvement program to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Cultivate culture of continuous improvement amongst Business Units and Support Function Groups to support performance improvement program.
Drive execution of approved performance improvement program to ensure successful and timely completion
Undertake key projects (including IT projects) as assigned by Management

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in IT/Finance/Accounting
At least 15 years relevant working experience. Work experience with Consulting Firm in the area of business process / process improvement would be valued
Project Management Certificate (not compulsory)
Good stakeholder management skills
