TLead and drive the overall Non-Retail Deposits Portfolio

Grow and define segments that have high deposits propensity, and the strategies to attract these segments
To lead a data driven team to monitor, and maintain the overall health and profitability of the Deposits portfolio
To be the champion for Deposits growth across the Non-Retail Bank segment, and strategize segment specific activities to meet this outcome
To drive the portfolio to support the liquidity requirements of the Non-retail bank unit
To ensure the Business Unit's compliance to regulatory and internal controls adherence
And any other tasks that may be assigned to the team from time to time
