Description
- Provide leadership and management to the centre sales team to deliver the annual sales and growth targets as defined by Head, Distribution
- Responsible for SME/SMI and middle market commercial loans growth and credit quality
- Drive customer acquisition
Strategy and Planning
- Develop, implement and manage the center sales plan to achieve the CBBC\'s target
- Build up market share of commercial loans in respective regions
- Responsible for deposits growth
- Set, review and communicate sales target
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s)
- Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience
- Proven track record in marketing SME/SMI and commercial loans
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
