We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organize the kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s activities. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Responsibilities Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings Approve and \xe2\x80\x9cpolish\xe2\x80\x9d dishes before they reach the customer Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages Arrange for repairs when necessary Remedy any problems or defects Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff Oversee the work of subordinates Estimate staff\xe2\x80\x99s workload and compensations Maintain records of payroll and attendance Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-oworkers
"Soul of Seri Malaysia" is a new initiative for the re-branding of Malaysia Series to combine the values that will be applied to staff and customers of Hotel Seri Malaysia. It includes the "Brand Attribute", "Brand Attitude" and "Brand Soul" elements, thus affecting the "Brand Recall" that relates the customer service characteristics. The brand\'s "Brand Attitude" interior elements need to be integrated with the "Brand Attribute", an external impact as a drive to the "Brand Soul" target point to make Hotel Seri Malaysia a "COMFORT" accommodation. This re-branding program is to gain "Market Credibility" and "Guest Satisfaction" for The Hotel.
