• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and cooking styles (e.g., sushi, sashimi, ramen, tempura, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Tanggungjawab

• Menu Creation: Develop and maintain an authentic Japanese menu, including seasonal specials and innovative dishes that reflect traditional and modern Japanese cuisine.
• Food Preparation: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to create a cohesive and efficient team.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ingredient sourcing, and order supplies from trusted vendors to maintain quality and cost control.
• Kitchen Operations: Ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Cost Management: Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste to achieve profitability goals.
• Customer Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure customer satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Innovation: Stay updated with Japanese culinary trends and incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings.
