This senior position requires a dynamic leader who can oversee the technical vision, manage a diverse engineering team, and drive the execution of their product roadmap.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the engineering culture and ensuring the delivery of world-class payment solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture of their payment systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Team Building and Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Product Development: Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver cutting-edge payment solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and testing practices to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the company\'s technology stack as appropriate.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the engineering team and executive leadership, providing regular updates on project status, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and infrastructure. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing engineering team. Strong mentorship and team development skills.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
