To lead the Retail Finance team in planning, directing and coordinating finance operations in an efficient and professional and in compliance with applicable laws and SDP Group Finance policy.
Ensure revenue optimisation and cost control (capex and opex) to achieve targeted yields/returns to support Retail\'s expansion with new malls.

Accountable for the formulation, development and implementation of financial accounting and credit control policies and procedures.
Coordinate Retail\'s fiscal and budget systems to put in place controls, policies and procedures (particularly on financial accounting and credit control), review changing statutory requirements, policies and procedures, make recommendations for or implement changes accordingly.
Provide financial advice/input to all Retail management decisions; particularly revenue optimisation, cost control, credit control, cashflow management, yield/returns analysis and assist in developing and executing plans to support Retail\'s expansion with new malls.
Preparation of management accounts (P&L, cashflow projections) in a timely manner.

Coordinates the annual internal and external audit and preparation of financial statements and all other supplementary financial schedules for the audit.
To examine and improve areas of internal control and ensure accurate records of finance transaction.
Coordinate and provide advice to various departments within Retail with regard to accounting, financial and administrative matters.
To liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretarial, tax agents and other statutory bodies/authorities.
To perform any other duties and job functions in which he/she may be instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the company.
