About You As the head of regional commercial sales strategy and growth, you will report to the SVP Regional Commercial Sourcing and be an integral part of the CARSOME regional sourcing team. Your key deliverables focus on thought leadership behind our regional trade marketing strategy to drive efficient and scalable growth. Ownership of the total programs in all our operating markets with a focus in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand to balance the need for effective demand and supply campaigns balanced against budgets. You will develop and build pricing scenarios and propose new business models to effect stronger outcomes in sourcing for wholesale and retail portions of the CARSOME business in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders. The role is required to actively identify scalable new avenues of growth, and to assess the feasibility of new growth initiatives and to lead reapplication of winning approaches across countries. Your Day-to-Day Create scenario frameworks to build out, investigate and prove out future growth initiatives for CARSOME\'s core end to end commercial business. Lead the trade marketing program outcomes in all operating markets. Balance local short term sales needs vs regional strategy and sustainable goals Lead post mortem and share effective strategy in the trade marketing vertical, across markets for local teams to improve execution and effectiveness. Increase interaction between performance marketing offline initiatives and trade marketing, and evaluate trade marketing reach in relation to both wholesale sourcing and retail (trade in) sourcing Analyse and lead margin accretion in balance with topline growth. Evaluate impacts on margin from ongoing channel/country/sourcing initiatives, and lead thought on mitigation measures and arrest unintended declines in margins immediately Review country unit economics and sustainability of performance marketing, trade marketing, campaigns and external commissions Support the broader regional CARSOME team in execution and implementation of strategy and plans, across Operations, Business Intelligence, Pricing and Strategy and Financial Planning. Your Know-How Strong aptitude in building rapid scale within countries that CARSOME operates in Experience managing diverse regional stakeholders using influence Strong capabilities with scenario building and driving change Commercial experience in sales and/or marketing within the automotive industry will be a plus Proficient in data analysis and office suite, proven record as a strong individual contributor with some experience in managing a team or indirect stakeholders
