Company : Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn. Bhd. HR Management : . Ensure effective systems for the recruitment of all level of employees, organizational development initiatives, career development (including recruitment of graduate trainees) culture change and change management, team building, continuous training and development activities for all staff within the Company. . Provide recommendation and solutions to the management on the appropriate course of action with regards to Industrial Relations and management of employees. . Coach the line managers on the management of their subordinates to support the business operations . . Responsible to meet operational requirements and develop system and programmes to ensure availability of right people for the right job. This will involve the development of recruitment systems (including competency framework), compensation system, design and implementation of training and development programmes. . Ensure the Industrial Relations of the company remains harmonial through good relationships with employees . . Managing employee relations through development and execution of activities within the company to enhance motivation and engagement level of employees. . Provide solutions and guide the management team on effective way to manage performance of employees. . Track the key positions of the company and work with management on the retention programme of these employees. . Effective management of successors for key positions in the company . . Plan & control the training and development in terms of the delivery of comprehensive training and development programmes through monitoring their quality and cost-effectiveness. . Develop, deliver and facilitate identified management development programmes or other relevant programmes which can support the operations for all levels of staff. . Development and implement sound career development and succession programmes for all level of employees to ensure availability of the right caliber staff at the right time. . Attends to employees\' grievances and complaints provides guidance if necessary. . Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment. . Organizes corporate events such as company\'s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc Others: Assisting Finance Department in ensuring compliance of all relevant SOPs , especially in ensuring good audit report from GCAD.
