Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for the activities relating to human resources strategy and policy, culture development and sustainability, administration functions and compliances. Collaborate with the Senior Management Teams and Top Management in setting and driving organizational vision and missions, operations strategy and operations enhancement. Building a highly inclusive culture, embracing new forms of effective human capital management and ensures team members thrive to meet the organizational goals. Ensure compliance with international and national as well as the Group laws and policies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Group Human Resources xe2x80xa2 Oversee the Group Human Resources functions thru periodic audits, reviews, enhancement and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives. xe2x80xa2 Design, implement and execute effective and forward-looking human resources strategy and policy in tandem with the senior management teams and top management. xe2x80xa2 Understand, embrace, develop and establish the culture development and culture sustainability in tandem with the top management. xe2x80xa2 Advise and support the senior management teams and top management thru providing advices, counsels and information effectively and creatively. xe2x80xa2 Serves as the human resources lead for different business organizations and offering end-to-end human resource support by leading, coaching and inspiring the teams. xe2x80xa2 Oversee the performance management process, succession planning process, and employee communication process. xe2x80xa2 Align, support and embrace the organization business vision, mission and values thru effective and regular cadence of communications between all related personnels while constantly aligning and improving the efficiency of the human resources operations. xe2x80xa2 To carry out any other duties which are not specified herein as and when required as assigned by the immediate superior. Group Administration xe2x80xa2 Oversee and supervise all daily support and clerical work activities within the company. xe2x80xa2 Identify, review, design and implement Corporate Administration policy, practices, processes, and improvement plans ensuring the enforcement of the standard and best practices and protocols across the group in tandem with the senior management teams and top management. xe2x80xa2 Lead, manage and oversee a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance. xe2x80xa2 Design and govern the standards and image of the clerical stations primarily at the Front Desks in tandem with the senior management teams and top management. xe2x80xa2 Align, support and embrace the organization business vision, mission and values thru effective and regular cadence of communications between all related personnels while constantly aligning and improving the efficiency of the administrative operations QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED xe2x80xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. xe2x80xa2 At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. xe2x80xa2 Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. xe2x80xa2 In depth knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices. xe2x80xa2 Strong stakeholder management. xe2x80xa2 Well-versed in local Sarawak Ordinance, Sabah Ordinance, EA 265 and regulation. xe2x80xa2 Preferred experience in Property, Hospitality, F&B sector/ industry in senior management position
