Developing business plans and budgets in consultation with the CFO and Managing Director. Optimizing cash flow performance and managing financial facilities to optimize liquidity. To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or retail industries. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
