Head of Retail Finance, Commercial Finance & Used Car Employment Type : Permanent Location : Cyberjaya Business Unit : BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia Provides overall leadership, accountability and direction for the Retail Finance business lines including BMW/MINI/ Motorrad/BPS & Commercial Finance through strategy and business development planning activities. Supports and Co-Develops of a holistic strategy for Retail Finance function to drive sustainable profitable growth for both BMW Financial Services and the BMW Group Dealer Network including all financial services offerings across the BMW dealerships Establishes the strategic framework and initiatives under the Group\'s core pillars (incl Commercial Finance), Dealer Performance, and Quality Assurance (L&C). Responsible for the overall Business Development of the BMW Group Finance function through proactively developing Sales Campaigns in collaboration with BMW Malaysia. Overall responsibility for the development and management of an adequately structured and resourced Sales & Marketing Management team to provide support to the BMW/MINI/Motorrad Dealer Networks in a growing environment capable of driving performance to achieve operational targets Securing quality portfolio against competitors with financing solutions (customized) / interest rates and negotiation with Management & Dealers Constantly review internal processes and end-to-end sales processes at Dealer\'s end Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management or other related disciplines. At least 10 years\' experience in Financial Services industry / At least 8 years\' experience in leading a sales team and driving sales initiatives. Proven experience in a senior management position in a motor Finance environment and ideally have a proven track record of new business and sales responsibility. Able to develop, grow and motivate team members / partners to achieve multiple sales targets and strive for peak performance. Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written. A strong background in negotiation, strong personality with good relationship-building skills (PR). Ability to perform impactful presentations. Must have an Entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to interact at all levels in the organization and across the BMW Group. Proficient in Computer skills (for example MS Team, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
