Our Client is a global fashion brand. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our Client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as a Head of Retail.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the charge towards store success by setting ambitious goals, overseeing store managers, and optimizing the entire retail business operation process.
• Embark on thrilling journeys as you spearhead the opening of new stores, from inception to execution, while maintaining the store\'s stability and reputation by adhering to government license legal requirements.
• Energize our daily operations by monitoring and ensuring efficiency across all assigned stores, leaving no room for mediocrity.
• Unleash your passion for sales as you implement revenue-generating initiatives, ensuring the achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets that surpass expectations.
• Dive into the dynamic world of market research to discover and suggest cutting-edge marketing and product enhancement strategies, backed by insightful analyses of customer profiles, buying trends, and competitor landscapes.
• Master the art of inventory management and stock accuracy, optimizing sales and preserving inventory product integrity, all while collaborating seamlessly with our dedicated logistics team.
• Showcase your profound expertise in retail inventory management, logistics, store layout, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and sales strategies, staying at the forefront of industry best practices and trends.
• Uphold a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure strict adherence to health & safety policies within all our stores, creating an unforgettable experience for our valued customers.
• Nurture a high-performing team of results-driven individuals through hiring, training, development, and succession planning, fostering a workforce that exceeds expectations.
• Elevate our brand image by flawlessly executing and maintaining all Visual Directives, guaranteeing that the visual presentation of our stores consistently meets or exceeds Entity guidelines.
