Client Background: Local company Industry : Manufacturing (Precision Engineering) Location: Nusajaya Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: Head IT and Cyber Security Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM 15 000- 20 000 + AWS Responsibilities IT Management .Develop and implement IT strategy, policy and system with the harmonization of the parent company\'s IT policy .Work closely with business stakeholders to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploit new and emerging technologies for implementation .Provides IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap .Oversee the operations, functioning of IT systems and IT personnels in the Asia .Develop, improve and ensure compliance of I.T. policies at all user level .Lead IT projects for division Electronics and the Shared Services Center .Establish and execute the transition plan of Oracle ERP to SAP ERP Cyber & IT Security .Develop and implement security specifications/ guidelines/ architecture .Lead the Security-Incident Response process, especially for incident response mitigation and interface with forensic evaluations .Implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the IT organization .Implement and oversee the process of IT security audits and certifications .Provide support in ensuring data protection .Conduct risk analyses and identify counter measures and solutions .Provide advice, recommendation and training in building awareness in Information Security and Cyber Security matters .Conduct training to establish role-specific knowledge in Cyber Security .Ensure security practices and standards compliance .Ensure stakeholders are held accountable for information security controls and understand responsibilities in risk mitigation and remediation .Work closely with regional business and global security officer to identify and implement process changes for improvements and ensure solid security practices .Interdisciplinary collaboration work with personnel from Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Global Security, DISO, Works Council, IT Infrastructure from the parent company in Switzerland and external service provider .Serve as a key contact to the IT personnel of parent company in Switzerland .Oversee and manage the security of company database of all IP portfolio (e.g. patents, copyright etc.) Requirement .Degree in Computer Science or equivalent .At least 10 years of IT practical experience including 5 years of successful IT managerial position in a manufacturing company .Strong Experience project management. Transition of SAP ERP is an added advantage .Strong leadership & organizational skills .Goal-oriented and self-driven individual equipped with strategic and operational thinking .High integrity and loyalty .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin .Willingness to travel .At least 2 days a week at Singapore Office .Job Type: Full-time .Benefits: .Health insurance .Maternity leave .Opportunities for promotion .Parental leave .Professional development
