Lead, strategize and market the commercialization of Gas asset solutions and application to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
Plan and develop strategic direction in products and business development, and derive marketing plans to secure new businesses in targeted markets by identifying sound business models and overall contracting strategies for potential projects
Plan and develop strategic partnership with appropriate project developer/technology providers for the development of asset-based solutions and applications.
Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and establish market networks to commercialize solutions and applications
Engage in potential business partners, develop and lead strategic alliances and business acquisition potentials to meet and enhance the business and capability requirements, including the establishment of framework and terms of cooperation
Plan and facilitate business negotiation at senior management level in both internal and external engagement to ensure sustainability in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s profitability
Garner buy-ins and necessary approval from Management and Board
Coach, develop and motivate staff for higher performance to achieve business objectives by providing guidance and motivation to drive the development of subordinates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 15 years of working experience in maritime logistics industry, preferably with business development experience with deep knowledge in shipping economics, commercial
Strong skills in developing strategies, negotiation, risk management and customer relationship management. Technical knowledge in shipping operations is an added advantage
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics, International Business, Finance, Logistics, Nautical Studies or professional Maritime qualifications. E.g. Certificate of Competency Class One (Deck or Engine)
Master of Science (MSc) or Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or any related professional qualification is an added advantage
