Job Description

Responsibilities Oversee the Accounting & Reporting Team (GL / RTR) , the Purchase to Pay Team (AP), the Order to Cash Team (AR), to ensure transactional accounting is carried out on a effectively, in compliance with internal controls and policies. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders; with full compliance to statutory reporting requirements for a listed company, IFRS and internal accounting policies. Participate in monthly financial reviews to assist the Finance Director to achieve Company\'s KPIs in Profit, Volume and Cash flow. Drive Investor Relations programme to meet information needs relating to financials to send the right message collectively and maintain good investor relations with the media and financial analysts from the various financial institutions. Effective business partnering with Support Functions to accurately forecast fixed overheads, monitor actual spend and drive for cost optimisation / savings. Key requirements/experiences Bachelor or Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Good understanding of accounting standards, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and other statutory requirements for a listed corporation. Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
