JOB / POSITIONSection Head - Alternative Investment (Venture Capital, Private Equity & Special Projects)JOB PURPOSEThe overall purpose of this job is to support the creation and expansion of Agrobank\'s Corporate Transformation Plan (CTP) 2021-2025. To meet this purpose, the scope of this job includes leading the set-up of alternative investment businesses i.e. asset management, crowdfunding, startup ecosystem and special projects, from inception to profitability:

• Design and deliver the end-to-end target operating model for the alternative investment businesses.
• Develop, set up, and operationalize alternative investment business operations.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and operational risks related to the alternative investment businesses.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for AgroVest\'s alternative investment business operation annual budget and to manage and grow the Net Asset Value of Specific Fund Under Management
• Negotiate, structure, and invest based on the mandate and parameters of the Specific Fund Under Management
• Manage long term relationships with potential and existing investors
• Manage relationships and creation of value with business partners, regulators, and other major stakeholders
• Support developmental requirement of Agrobank\'s overall intermediary roles and responsibilities and VBI objectives
• Execution of set strategies and recommend re-evaluation and realignment of strategies based on the analysed competitive environment and landscape and the internal organization on timely basis.
• Assist in the development of human capital resources to meet long term requirement and ensure performance measurement system is executed and aligned with the appropriate strategic reward and benefit mechanism.
• Support the planning for the process and tools and manage the allocation of resources required to ensure smooth operation of the organisation
• Assist and manage the establishment and implementation of the relevant policies and SOPs to ensure corporate governance, Syariah and regulatory compliance are adhered to and overall and adequate risk management are in place.
• Develop an operations roadmap and operating model that aligns with the strategic roadmap, business plan, and business model for alternative investment businesses.
• Responsible for the development and management of the annual operations budget for alternative investment businesses.
• Develop and manage standard operational policies, procedures, and processes for alternative investment businesses operations.
• Develop and manage the alternative investment businesses\' operational SOPs.
• Identify, address, and mitigate operational gaps and risks to ensure compliance with internal, Syariah, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop operations plan to support alternative investment businesses
• Identify/work with Agrobank support team on operationalization requirements (space, logistics, equipment) for alternative investment businesses operations.
• Identify resource gaps and propose resource acquisitions to achieve smooth day to day running and support of alternative investment businesses.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation : Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, or related disciplineExperience : Minimum 10 years of working experience. At least 5 years\' experience with investments/ asset management/ investment banking/ due diligence/ corporate finance/ venture capital/ private equity/ crowdfunding/ business development or management consulting.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experienced with deal sourcing, deals structuring, investment analysis, due diligence, investment monitoring and/or fund management
• Familiar with current alternative landscape, players, and industry direction
• Prior exposure to alternative investments i.e. venture capital, private equity, crowdfunding, start-up ecosystem or fintech would be advantageous.
• Driver & self-starter. Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent, solution-oriented mindset
• Customer focused. Ability to understand and anticipate customer\'s perspectives and needs
• Collaboration and networking. Ability to work with others to identify and accomplish shared goals and objectives
