Position Overview: Is required to oversee all aspects of management of the company (MKN Holdings Group) and will be responsible for the implementation of comprehensive business plans, initiatives and strategies the promote the optimum achievement of operational, financial, and overall performance of the company. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Develop strategy planning and direction for company. Reviewing current market trends, including interest rates, inflation, and economic growth 2 forecasts Recommending changes to investment strategies based on new information about market 3 conditions Enhance the role and responsibilities set out with the respective Asset Owners and deliver the outcome and results expected including but not limited to : a) Execute Leasing and Marketing strategies to optimise asset value through maximising rental 4 and occupancy b) Manage strategic relationships with industry peers, tenants and customers c) Drive continuous improvements on processes, leverage on systems and technology and best practices to optimise workflows Work closely with the Asset Management teams and Operations team (Property Management 5 and Facilities Management) in and around each asset to help retain and source for new tenants 6 Monitoring compliance with state and federal securities laws 7 Assure that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out by the team members. 8 Manage performance and discuss concerns regularly of all direct reports and the team members. At least 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in marketing, leasing and lease administration
Knowledge of commercial and business park contract law and lease management best practices
Possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-driven and able to work under pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to interact effectively with all levels
Meticulous and sensitive to lease and numerical data
Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Salary: Up to RM20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
