A Head of Brand is a professional who is responsible to build the company\'s brand and raise brand awareness and ensuring that the company\'s products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers.

The Head of Brand is to shape the company\'s outward image, uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns, attract customers and prospects and improve customer experience. In addition, to monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so the company can stay ahead of competition.

The Head of Brand works across all levels and departments of the company to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Key Accountabilities:

• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage marketing, business development and any other related team to work on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to \xe2\x80\x9ctake action\xe2\x80\x9d
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors\' activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Align the company around the brand\'s direction, choices and tactics
• Work with HR to have a periodical review in ensuring alignment of Staff (JD) against their job position.
• Preferably candidates with exposure in Branding and marketing (Beauty, Haircare)
