Job Description
A Head of Brand is required to lead and manage an MNC beauty retail. A key lead role to develop sales and marketing strategies to grow the brand affinity among consumers.
- Strong brand ownership to develop a combination of sales and 360 marketing plans to drive profitability, brand awareness, traction and market share.
- Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and retail marketing.
- Responsible over A&P, P&L budgets and forecast to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
- Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.
- Besides managing a sizeable team, strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are necessary. A lead to represent the brand in reporting to regional and upper management.
- Prior luxury beauty experience is preferred
- Ability to integrate all marketing functions
- Stronghold in A&P and P&L management
