Job Description
A Regional Head of Marketing is required to lead and manage a globally renowned fashion retailer with strong global footprint. A key lead role to manage a select market region in a brand building capacity.
- Strategic development of marketing plans to drive profitability, brand awareness, traction and market share across a few markets.
- Responsible over A&P budgets across all brands with the objective to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
- Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and retail marketing. Manage the brand\'s CSR activities.
- Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.
- Besides managing a large team, strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (eg. Digital agencies) are necessary. A lead to represent the brand in reporting to regional and upper management.
- Travel overseas will be required on some occasions.
- Strategic abilities to integrate all marketing functions

- Prior retail fashion experience is preferred
