Location: Budapest, Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Kuala Lumpur

What are the key responsibilities for the Head of Compliance DPS CoE?

• Provide leadership and people management to a large 24x7 team of compliance managers and analysts
• Ensure effective management of all team deliverables
• Directly supervise a team of compliance managers
• Drive the denied parties screening and high-risk country shipments processes globally in line with requirements and leading ongoing continuous activities
• Identify and agree with global compliance management the long and short term needs from the compliance screening teams
• Proactively liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain oversight and detailed knowledge of processes performed by the screening team
• Deliver complex change management projects relating to trade compliance
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and in conjunction with global export control requirements
• Collaborate with compliance senior management to deliver strategic results
• Design, develop and review compliance screening processes and procedures
• Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators
• Drive innovation and opportunities to leverage latest technology to enhance the trade compliance management system to respond to the needs of the business
• Support in resource management and staffing planning
