The Senior Analyst will assist the Performance Manager and Senior Country Support Manager performing analysis to deliver insights to the team which will drive corrective actions for continuous improvement reporting monthly compliance metrics and work with operations to ensure procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position entails working on either day or night shift, depending on the exigencies of the screening centre. Key Activities Provide standard analysis of data and manages the related pre-defined communication requirements. Manage the day-to-day activities pertaining to quality tools, dashboards, etc. Provide support in simple projects under the guidance of Manager. Contributes to identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies driven by technology and automation. Provide support in the preparation, update and regular review all relevant process map documentation for the service line and the supporting/enabling functions. Support the team in cultivating culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Execute business process improvement initiatives with employees, relevant stakeholders and process owners. Provide effective and efficient support to the management team to ensure the smooth running of the department Understanding the different processes used throughout Network Operations. Simplifying processes Designing practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities ' compliance and performance. Strive as a subject matter expert on process improvements / standardization methodology Involve, and contribute and any system testing organized by IT or any designated team related to Denied Parties and Sanctions Screening Responsible for process documentations (i.e. process maps) Duties as otherwise assigned . Detailed instructions on the review and escalation are to be found in the Global SOP Denied Parties Screening Rules Skills Results oriented with a strong focus on high quality service performance across different locations with diverse conditions. Basic understanding of import and in-bond transfer processes and regulations Possess knowledge in trade compliance and export control regulations Familiarity with the process of reviewing and working within denied party screening applications Proficient in programming language (C#, MS SQL) Excellent analytical and data manipulation abilities. Strong data visualization skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications. Strong project management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment Fluent English and another regional language, depending on the region requirement (Korean)
