Job Responsibilities
- To grow the lending portfolio by developing short-term, long-term and annual strategies and business marketing plans with the objective to increase the bank\xe2\x80\x99s market share in targeting toward existing and new markets.
- Design and develop the expansion of consumer lending products into other regional market.
- Continuous studies on industry, retail customer and consumer trends by performing market intelligence and evaluates market research to anticipate changing market and align marketing strategy to meet the market conditions.
- Identifying new business development opportunities in target markets to develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets as well as drive the revenue and profitability
- Develops cost management and benefits analysis activities and manage sales & marketing operating budgets to ensure that it within the budget while ensuring it achieve the objective and the desired result.
- Engage the business partners, other key industry players and stakeholders to develop product concept, identify key features, determined product pricing and prepare product roll-out within the stipulated timeline that meet the market environment and consumers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and ensure product launches are effective and timely to the market.
- Develop product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
- Collaboration with strategic partners to ascertain the business needs and priorities.
- Cross selling banks\xe2\x80\x99 products to meet TFA and revenue growth
- Manage the operational risk management in Consumer Finance to ensure it is in line with bank\xe2\x80\x99s overall principles, objectives and goals
- Continuously evaluate process improvement and innovation ideas and implement best practices in financial and performance reporting.
- Bachelor Degree, MBA or equivalent in Banking, Finance, Accounting and other related field
- Min 10 years relevant exposure to function with managerial experience
- Exposure to credit risk and loan portfolio management highly desirable
- Consumer Finance Lending operations experience essential
