Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Lead a team of content creators, providing guidance and fostering a creative environment.
• Oversee the production of various content types, including articles, videos, and visual materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging content formats to drive innovation.
• Utilize strong videography skills to create compelling and visually appealing video content.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering their growth and development.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Content Producer or similar role.
• Additional certifications or courses in content creation, videography, or digital marketing would be a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of content creation, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with industry tools and platforms for content production and analysis.
