An exciting leadership Head of Corporate Sales (Telco) job has just become available at one of the most established telco companies in Malaysia.

About the Head of Corporate Sales (Telco) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the overall P&L of the corporate segment which includes, leading the growth strategy and execution of selling converged solutions for the corporate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall P&L of the corporate segment - enterprise business
  • Drive the process with internal stakeholders to design, build and commercially implement resale of services and product solutions that are aligned with the business
  • Create and meet go-to-market strategies, including channel, marketing and tactical plans
  • Leadership to set direction and goals and work across a matrix of teams to achieve goal-managing a team of sales leaders in central and regional locations in Malaysia
  • Drive the commercialisation of plan to ensure customer life cycle from prospect to sales closure, and work closely with internal teams to ensure implementation, operations, billing and customer support
  • Measurement goals include company and division revenue, P&L, cash collection achievements
To succeed in this Head of Corporate Sales (Telco) role, you must have practical application knowledge of both enterprise IT and telco, telco regulations and industry practices to design compelling commercial service offerings.

Key Requirements:
  • 15 - 20 years of experience in managing sales organisations and/or segment businesses
  • Bachelor\'s degree or MBA in business administration/commerce
  • Proven record in P&L performance - demonstrated by a track record of aggressively growing businesses and meeting targets
  • Successfully scaled-up businesses with significant experience with both telecom companies and connectivity service offerings, especially those in the cloud
  • A background and understanding of both sales strategy and execution, go-to-market, channel optimisation and interdependancies with implementation
  • Malaysia geographic market experience and track record is mandatory with proven \'scars and campaign medals\'
