Lead and manage the creative team.
Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital content, and advertisements.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into strong visual strategies.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and layouts before final production.
Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools.
Manage project timelines, creative budgets, and resource allocation.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering creativity and professional growth.
Research and develop product looks.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across multiple platforms (digital, print, video, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Creative and detail-oriented person.
Able to communicate effectively.
Work well in a team.
