You will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing the vision for our retail spaces. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who excels at managing design concepts, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of flagship and store openings across the region.Lead the end-to-end design and construction processes for all retail projects, from concept development to completion.Develop innovative, customer-centric store designs that align with brand identity and enhance the customer experience.Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.Ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential new locations.Implement sustainable and cost-efficient design and construction practices.Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams.Manage and mentor a team of designers, project managers, and construction professionals.Working with a high performing teamSupportive Leaders and BODBachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in retail design and construction, with a proven track record of delivering successful retail projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.Experience managing large budgets and multiple simultaneous projects.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of sustainability and environmental best practices in design and construction.My client is a dynamic leader in the retail industry, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative store designs and seamless construction execution.
