Job Summary
- Lead and deliver quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries
- Lead cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (\xe2\x80\x9cWSM\xe2\x80\x9d) to EB clients
- Drive automation and digitisation projects to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing sales support and WSM team to improve turnaround time and service levels
- Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities
- Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team.
- Leading the automation and digitisation of EB sales support and WSM processes
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field
- Above 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in EB and/or WSM
- Experienced in managing a team in similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
