Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage sales support and digital worksite marketing channel (WSM) team to improve turnaround time and service levels
Participate in projects to automate and digitize processes to ensure seamless Employee Benefit (EB) and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels
Involved in cross-sell initiatives via WSM to EB clients
Participate in UAT draft, Testing, preparing user guide and user briefing
Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries
Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities
Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team.
Involved in the automation and digitisation of EB sales support and WSM processes
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field
Above 5 years\' experience in EB and/or WSM
Project management/coordinating experience in UAT Testing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
